游泳池安全保障制度跟措施

一：资源

公司为紧急救援管理提供必要的资讯，对现场管理人员进行紧急救护的培训。

适量和适用的急救、救生设备设施、逃生出口及其醒目的标识； 急救药品箱和防毒用品等。

二：应急救援知识：

2、溺水现场急救法

a、将伤员抬出水面后，应立即清除其口、鼻腔内的水、泥及污物，用手帕裹着手指将伤员舌头拉出口外，解开衣扣、领口，以保持呼吸道通畅，然后抱起伤员的腰腹部，使其背朝上、头下垂进行倒水。或急救者取半跪位，将伤员的腹部放在急救者腿上，使其头部下垂，并用手平压背部进行倒水。

b、如果溺水者心跳呼吸停止，应立即行口对口人工呼吸、胸外心脏按压复苏，尤其在心跳后4分钟内实施最为关键

具体方法是：

a：溺水者仰卧在平实的`地面上，救护者的右手掌放在溺水者两乳头与胸骨连线的正中，另一手掌重叠放于手背上，肘关节伸直，垂直向下平稳而有规律地按压，深度为4～5厘米。

b：按压至最低点时应稍有停顿，按压频率为l00次/分。婴幼儿用食、中两指或两拇指重叠下压，儿童可用一手掌根按压，深度为胸腔的1/3～1/2，频率为100次/分。下压时用力要恰当，以防骨折，以能摸到大动脉的搏动为有效。一般以心脏按压、口对口呼吸单人按30：2，双人按15：2比例进行。

c、当溺水者心跳、呼吸恢复后，可用干毛巾摩擦全身，自四肢、躯干向心脏方向摩擦，以促进血液循环，在进行现场急救的同时，要迅速打120就近送医院救治。

3、外伤止血法

皮肤出现伤口后，要严格消毒，消毒后包上消毒纱布，防止伤口感染，消毒时，可用双氧水清洁伤口，冲洗后应涂上红药水或其它外用药。

4、急救注意事项

a、不要惊慌失措，操持冷静，迅速判明需要给予救护的人员，立即采取行之有效的救护措施；

b、在周围环境允许的情况下，不要搬动伤员，避免继续加重患者所受的伤害；

c、当发生意外而周围而现场无人，向周围大声呼救，请求人来帮助，同时要争取通知有关部门。

d、在救护过程中救护者要保护自己免受伤害。
